When you walk past homeless people on the street you avoid them and in your mind say yuck, but you don't know their story. It may not be their fault that they are homeless, they could have been abandoned or went broke couldn't make rent and were kicked out of the house. These people have nothing ,but we have is what they ever so desperately want ,but unfortunately they know there is a 0.00001% chance they are going to get it. Knowing that feeling would feel terrible in your gut. When people become homeless they may become depressed and turn to drugs and alcohol, and if it gets worse they can turn to suicide which is always bad.
But everyone can change this there are people out there who give up there time to help the homeless, to give them food, water, clothes and sometimes even shelter. We all should dedicate some time to help others. There are organisations that you can join or volunteer for and make a difference. This is what social justice is about helping and looking out for those who can't look after themselves. And it's not always homeless people it can be poor people, drug addicts or alcoholics and a lot more, so we all should chip in and help make a difference in the world, and get the people off the street and healthy.
